Ron recently assisted our mortgage bank with listing a foreclosure property. I feel compelled to share our positive experience with Ron with selling our home for a great price in a short period of time. He did a great job at giving us feedback about the home's current condition, positive and negative attributes, and what we could do as seller's to improve prospective buyers opinion of the home. He kept us informed of the market conditions in the surround area, so that we were informed about realistic price expectations. Once the home sold, Ron did a great job of following up with the new buyers lender to ensure our transaction closed on-time. At the last minute, the lender presented us with a list of repairs that needed to be made to the home, and Ron, personally went to the home and handled the repairs to ensure an ontime close, and that we didn't incur any additional expenses. If you are a family, investor, lender or investment bank, I would highly recommend Ron for your listing needs, he was by far the best realtor we have worked with, and we deal with realtors in all 50 states.

Last year we relocated from Anchorage to Phoenix and knowing very little about this area needed a good Realtor. We found Ron Wilczek and were immensely pleased with his expert knowledge of the entire valley, not just one part. We weren't really sure where we wanted to live and it was really great to have someone who had in-depth knowledge of the school systems, population make up, and what each area had to offer. It took us quite some time to find a house and Ron was patient and understanding through the entire process and we never felt pressure from him to make our decision quickly. Ron was professional, always helpful, and his ethical standards are above reproach. I would recommend Ron to my friends, relatives and anyone else who wants a pleasant experience when either purchasing or selling a home.

If you're looking for a Realtor to help you find a place in Arizona, STOP right now. I purchased a home through Ron and I have to say, he is by far the most professional, most honest, most thorough, most hands on Realtor I have ever met. I speak from experience because I am a full-time Realtor from the Beverly Hills/West L.A. area where competition high and the demand for service is even higher. I say Ron proved he goes above and beyond what one would expect. I know because I've been in the business for 18 years.
Most Realtors are gone after the close of escrow. Ron was right by my side all the time. He's never made me feel like I wore out the welcome carpet. He just keeps welcoming my calls, questions, concerns and requests.
