1. While on the Main Menu, press Add Bookmark at the bottom of the screen (+ sign).
2. Select Add to Home Screen, type the name you want to attach to the bookmark, and select Add in the upper right hand corner.

Android:

1. While on the Main Menu, press the phone’s Menu button, then Bookmarks.
2. Click Add to create a new bookmark and name it.
3. After the bookmark is created, press and hold the icon until it displays the bookmark options. Select Add Shortcut to Home, and the Mobile MLS icon will be added to your home screen.

Blackberry v6+:

1. While on the Main Menu, press the menu key, and select add to Home Screen.
2. You can specify the name and location for the shortcut, then press Add.

Note: Blackberry phones v5 and below do not support custom Home screen shortcuts, however there are several 3rd party add-ons that do. Visit the Blackberry App World for more information and create your mobile Phoenix MLS search.

Enable Location Detection On Your Phone – Find Phoenix Homes for Sale

Android

From the Android home screen, click the Menu button > Settings > Location and Security.

1. Confirm “Use Wireless Networks” is enabled.
2. Confirm “Use GPS Satellites” is enabled.

Launch the Browser, click the Menu button > More > Settings.

1. Confirm “Enable Javascript” is enabled.
2. Confirm “Enable Location” is enabled.

iPhone

Go to Settings > General > Location Services, and confirm Location Services is On.

Open the Safari Browser, click on Preferences Option > Security Tab, and confirm the “Allow websites to ask for location information” checkbox is enabled.

Blackberry v5

On the Home screen, click the Options icon > Advanced Options > GPS.

1. Confirm the GPS Services field is set to Location On.
2. Confirm the Location Aiding field is enabled.
3. Press the Menu key and Save.

On the Home screen, click the Browser icon to open the browser, press the Menu key > Options.

1. Select Browser Configuration and confirm Support JavaScript option is enabled. Press the Menu key and Save.
2. Select General Properties and confirm Enable JavaScript Location Support option is enabled.
3. Press the Menu key and Save.

Blackberry v6

On the Home screen, click the Options icon > Device > Location Settings.

1. Confirm the Location Services field is set to Location On.
2. Confirm the Location Aiding field is Enabled.
3. Press the Menu key and Save.

On the Home screen, click the Browser icon to open the browser, press the Menu key > Options

1. Select Web Content and confirm the Enable JavaScript option is checked.
2. Select Security and confirm the Enable Geolocation option is checked.
3. Press the Menu key and Save.

Location Search – Phoenix Homes for Sale

From the main menu click Location search. Once your location is established, the application will display a map with current Phoenix MLS listings near your location. Depending on your phone capabilities, your view of the sky, and the strength of your cellular network connection, this may take up to several minutes.

While viewing the map search results, you may navigate around the map by dragging it up, down, left and right, as well as zooming in and out. When you are finished interacting with the map, the application will update the search to display the results in the map. Click a listing pushpin to see a preview of the MLS listing information. Click the listing preview to load the Listing Detail page for that property.

Quick Search (Main Menu) – Phoenix Homes for Sale

The Quick Search form is intended for quick and easy access to a specific MLS listing and its Listing Detail page. Quick Search allows you to complete just a few fields in a simple form to narrow down the search results and find the property you want quickly.

From the Main Menu click Quick Search . Enter the search criteria for your subject MLS listing, and click Search at the bottom to view results.

To clear all filters and start over, click Reset. For additional search criteria you can also switch to Advanced search by clicking Advanced in the upper right corner.

Search Results and Listing Details – Phoenix Homes for Sale

From the Search Results list click a listing to view the MLS Listing Detail page. From the listing detail page you may view photos, locate the property on a map, get directions, find properties nearby, and view listing data.

To view photos click the Photo thumbnail. Click Back to return to the Listing Detail page. To locate the property on a map click Locate. From the Locate screen, you are able to navigate around the map by dragging it up, down, left and right, as well as zooming in and out. You can view turn-by-turn directions from your current location (geolocation enabled phones) to the listing by clicking Get directions. You can also search for properties near the current MLS listing by clicking Find nearby properties.

To return to the Listing Detail page, click Details at the top.
