Search Metro Phoenix Foreclosures

Welcome to Our MLS Search for Metro Phoenix Foreclosures that Includes Bank Owned Homes, Short Sales, and Auctions

Tips for use:
  • Each search defaults to a “Map” view. Experiment with the “Satellite” and “Overlays” views. This icon price and price per square foot options explains the coloring of listings and switches between sales price and price per-square foot. This icon address locator allows you to insert an address and locate it on the map.
  • Select any tab along the top of the search screen to switch to a different view.
  • The “List” view allows you to quickly sort through listings by price, year, and features.
  • The “Detail” view provides all the information on your selected listing.
  • The “Compare” view allows you to highlight a listing and compare it to the others you have selected.
  • The “Edit Search” view actually allows you to change the search criteria and results!
  • The “Message” tab allows you to send me detailed questions and arrange to see properties.

Foreclosure Statistics

Bank Home Foreclosures and Short Sales in Phoenix Arizona have accounted for 70% of all sales in 2009, 63% of all sales in 2010, 66% of all sales in 2011, but only 45% of all homes sales as of October 2012. REO property (bank owned) and real estate short sales are the two biggest components of Metro Phoenix foreclosures.

REO property accounted for 94% of all foreclosure sales in 2008, 78% of all foreclosure sales in 2009, 66% in 2010 and 65% in 2011. The decline in REO sales is due to the increased success of short sales and the decreased amount of homes being sold at the Trustee’s Sale.  Public auctions (not to be confused with Trustee’ Sales) account for very few sales in the Phoenix area real estate market.

Thanks. It’s a thesis theme with a custom skin. Contact Matt@MetroPhoenixHomes.com for details and pricing because he took the skin and made lots of tweaks. Reasonable price.
