Hi. I’m Ron Wilczek, co-owner and broker of Metro Phoenix Homes. I’ve been a realtor since 1999. My wife Kristina Keller-Wilczek is co-owner of our brokerage. She’s been a realtor for 8 years and has 30 years interior design experience. The Deal
You will save between 25% – 44%, depending on your list price. Why are we doing this when so many Realtors charge 6% compensation (which is split equally between your Realtor and the buyer’s Realtor)? Frankly, the amount of work performed by Realtors doesn’t correspondingly increase with the sales price. Why should you pay 6% commissions because you own a higher-end home? We don’t think you should. We’re offering a lower realtor commission.
Are reduced realtor fees too good to be true from a full-service brokerage? Perhaps from the perspective of our competition, but not for you and your wallet.
